Hi,
I bought a second hand disk of Ebay, it was empty when I received it, however I ran a simple restore type program and was able to retrieve a lot of personal information. There was no hospital records or sensitive govenment records, there was however a lot of financial info relating to insurance, various purchases, mortgage etc. There was also a lot of family photos etc, holidays, school stuff, bathtime, birthdays etc normal family stuff plus a few photos which were, lets say, a little naughty. I started it off initally to see if the software would work, I got it free with a memory stick, but I was amazed to find out just how much info I could find out from a simple PC.
The only time a computer disc is leaving my hose is with a stake through it, well probably a couple of 6″ nails 🙂
