I am campaigning against the introduction of Every Child Matters and the Common Assessment Framework in the Isle of Man. This paper will be directly useful in lobbying local politicians and civil servants as to the dangers of their proposals.
The CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT states that the operator of a website is liable for getting verifiable consent from parents when any other person posts any kind of identifiable information including photos of a child.
